How to get started

Easy Negocio AI runs the back office of a small service business from chat: booking → deposit → reminder → job → invoice → payment, operated by Easy AI. Built for owners who live on WhatsApp.

How a booking happens by chat

  1. A customer writes to you (for example on WhatsApp) asking for a service and a day.
  2. Easy AI checks your agenda, offers the free slots and confirms the booking in the customer's language.
  3. The customer receives a deposit link to secure the appointment. When they pay, the job is created automatically.
  4. You see everything in Jobs — no typing, no copy-pasting between apps.

How jobs and reminders work

  1. Each job moves through simple states: Booked → Confirmed → Done.
  2. The customer gets an automatic reminder before the appointment, in their language — fewer no-shows.
  3. When you finish, mark the job Done. That single tap triggers the invoice.

How invoicing and payment work

  1. Marking a job Done creates the invoice automatically: service price minus the deposit already paid.
  2. The customer receives the invoice with a payment link and can pay by card, Zelle, SPEI, Nequi, Yape or Bizum, depending on your country.
  3. Payments land on your dashboard by themselves — you always know who paid and who hasn't.

How to run your business by voice and chat

  1. Open the Easy AI assistant and just say or type what you need: “Book Maria for a deep cleaning on Friday”, “Who owes me money?”, “Send the invoice to the client from this morning”.
  2. Easy AI works in English and Spanish and confirms what it did before anything goes out.
  3. The six built-in automations (booking, deposit, reminder, invoice, payment follow-up, review request) are listed in More → Automation — visible, and each can be switched off.
