Messages run through the official WhatsApp Business API, using your own business number. Meta sets a per-conversation cost for that API, so we will never promise “unlimited free WhatsApp” — that cost is Meta's, and any tool that hides it from you isn't being straight.

Do messages go out from my own number?

Yes. Easy Negocio AI works through the official WhatsApp Business API with your own business number — your customers see your business, not a stranger's number.

Is WhatsApp messaging free and unlimited?

No — and be careful with anyone who promises that. Meta charges a per-conversation cost for the official WhatsApp Business API. We tell you that up front instead of hiding it in fine print.

How do my customers pay the deposit and the balance?

By card or with the local method of their country: Zelle in the United States, SPEI in Mexico, Nequi in Colombia, Yape in Peru and Bizum in Spain. Each gateway is activated country by country at launch.

What exactly happens when I mark a job Finished?

The invoice is issued automatically for the balance — the job's total minus the deposit already paid — and the customer can pay it right away. The action is recorded in your automation log.

Can my team use it too?

Yes. Roles are simple: the Owner sees and controls everything; Staff see their own jobs and their day. Everyone works under your one Easy account — the same account used across the Easy suite.

Which language does the app speak?

Spanish first — Easy AI chats with your customers and takes your voice commands in Spanish, because that's how your customers write. This website is available in English and Spanish (toggle at the top).
